How can I pay?

We use PayPal as our payment processor, so we accept Visa, MasterCard, American Express, and Discover. Or, you can pay using your PayPal balance.

Is your site secure?

Yes. You pay through PayPal, the world's premier electronic payment solution, not through this site. We never even see your credit card number; PayPal just tells us that you've paid and we ship you your stuff. We get your money through PayPal later.

Do I have to have a PayPal account to buy?

No, you can pay with your credit card without a PayPal account.

Do you use my information?

No, we will not sell, share, or misuse your information in any way.  We will only use the information needed to full-fill your order.

How will you ship my order?

All orders ship from our business, located in Los Lunas, New Mexico, United States.   Your order will ship to the address you have on file with paypal.  Please make sure your address is correct as items mailed to the wrong address can take a very long time to be returned and then shipped to the corrected address.  All items will ship within 2 business days with USPS with tracking.  Orders typically take about 3 - 6 business days to reach you (provided there are no major postal delays).  We will ship Internationally to most countries, but please contact us if you would like to purchase and we can provide an accurate shipping quote.

Can I cancel my order?

Yes, but please cancel within 12 hours of placing your order.  If the order has been shipped, you will have to wait for the item to be returned to us before we can issue a refund.

Do you accept returns / exchanges?

We want you to be completely satisfied with your item(s)!  We will accept return and exchanges provided the item(s) are returned to us within 14 days.  Refunds will be made when we have received the item(s) back.  Items must be returned in the same condition as they were sent and the buyer pays the return shipping.  Please contact us to let us know you need to return an item(s) :  https://www.hooknsaw.com/contact  If we have made a mistake with your order or if the order has arrived damaged, please let us know as soon as possible and we will pay return shipping.

A little about our store and policies:

Don and I have been handmaking and selling on-line for almost 10 years.  We are located in a small town outside of Albuquerque, NM in the beautiful southwest.  We started our business on etsy and have taken "the jump" to our own website.  We have almost 3000 sales on etsy and more that 800/5 star reviews.  All of our items are made in our NON-smoking and dog friendly home.
