Horse scarf. Handmade, colorful scarf featuring gray horses. Scarf is made with a soft, lightweight striping yarn. The colors range from blues to aqua and a light shade of purple. We loom knit the length of the scarf (double thickness) using a textured tuck stitch. The tuck stitch has a puffed diamond shape and is thick and squishy. The horses are hand crocheted into the scarf with a light, silver gray yarn. The mane is charcoal gray. The eyes and nostrils are crocheted with black yarn.
This is a very well made scarf that has a soft drape and all loose ends are sewn in. The last two photos show a close up of the tuck stitch and the back side of the horse design. Scarf is machine washable and dryer friendly on low heat settings.
Scarf measures approximately 6 inches (15 cm) wide and 62 inches (158 cm) long. The fringe is not included in the measurement.
