Gray knit scarf with a black Dachshund dog silhouette and red hearts

Handmade, Dachshund dog and red hearts scarf.  This scarf is made with a very soft gray heather yarn and features our black Dachshund dog silhouette and red hearts on the ends of the scarf.  The front half of the dog is crocheted into one end of the scarf and the back end of the dog is crocheted into the other end of the scarf.  The length of the scarf is loom knitted (double thickness) and then I hand crochet the hearts and weenie dog design. The dachshund silhouette is crocheted with black yarn. The hearts are crocheted with bright red. This scarf is thick and warm and has a soft, flexible drape.

This is a very well made scarf and all loose ends are sewn in. The last photograph shows the back side of the dachshund design.

Scarf measures approximately 6 inches (15 cm) wide and 62 inches (157 cm) long, not including the fringe.

Scarf is hand made with a high quality, soft acrylic yarn. This scarf is machine washable and dryer friendly.
