Hummingbird Infinity Scarf. Purple knit scarf for bird watchers

This purple knit infinity scarf would be great gift for any bird watcher.  This is a long, handmade, knitted infinity scarf featuring a crocheted hummingbird. This scarf is handmade with very soft, purple heather yarn. The color is a dark purple with flecks of red and blue giving the yarn a heather look.  We loom knit the length of the scarf, making the scarf double thick, and then I crochet the hummer into the scarf.  The hummingbird is crocheted into the scarf with emerald green, light mint green and silver gray. The hummingbirds beak and eye are hand embroidered with black yarn.

This is a very well made scarf and all loose ends are sewn in. The last photograph shows the back side of the hummingbird design.

Scarf measures approximately 6 inches (15 cm) wide and 76 inches (194 cm) round. Laying flat the scarf measures 38 inches (97 cm) long.

This scarf is hand made with high quality, very soft acrylic yarns. Scarf is machine washable and dryer friendly.
